I can't seem to access attrs on my personal computer anymore to access training records or the course. Take a look in the attrs course catalog too. Click on course catalog at the top of the list, at the right column there is s drop down menu, select atrrs dl points, then click search. These are the ones that will give you the 1 promotion point per 5 hours when completed. What you don't see is that atrrs courses have quotas. Yeah they recently changed attrs and alms making them even more glitchy than before. This is usually found on the course page or in your enrollment history.
